Our studio villas are open plan, suited for families, couples or singles. They are fully self-contained and are equipped with a full kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and outdoor setting on your private verandah. There are varied bedding configurations that can accommodate up to four guests (maximum 2 adults).  

Our studio villas come in the following configurations:

1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bunk Bed

1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (wheelchair accessible)

Please note: where bunk beds are used, we advise that bunk beds can be dangerous for children under 12 years of age and we ask that parents and carers take care if using a top bunk bed.  It is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure that children do not use the bunk beds as play equipment. Bunks are not suitable for adults.

Our cabins are pet friendly but there is a $10 per night fee for pets, payable on check in. Please add to the comment section that you will be travelling with a pet. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in your cabin.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required for all bookings to confirm each cabin/site and group reservation. A minimum payment equal to the first night’s accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the account is required upon arrival or during peak periods if requested prior to arrival. You will be emailed a confirmation letter. SMS messages will also be sent leading up to your arrival time.

Changes and Cancellation

For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the BIG4 Aussie Outback Oasis Holiday Park check in time on the day of check in. If guests cancel less than 48 hours before check in, the first night is non-refundable and will be charged. Where a changes or cancellation are necessary all concerns will be dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.

Late Check In

Late Check in is available, phone the park on 4787 8722 to organise.

Pets

Pets are welcome in this accommodation, however, strict terms and conditions do apply. You must advise reception upon check in that you are travelling with a pet.

PET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Being a pet friendly BIG4 Holiday Park we welcome tourists with pets. To make sure ALL of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we do have some rules which must be adhered to.

There is a $10 per night pet surcharge on cabin bookings, which is payable on check in. 

You will be required to sign an agreement which outlines the rules relating to your stay at our park.

The decision to allow a guest with a pet into the park is at the managers absolute discretion at all times.

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the Holiday Park, failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from park with no -refund.

You the owner, must clean up after your pet at all times. Do not allow your pet to leave a mess of any sort, on any other guests’ site or property.

For health and safety reasons, pets will not be allowed in the reception area, Camp Kitchen, Outback’s Muster, amenities and laundry buildings, pool area or playground.

Barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will lead to an instant departure, without refund of site fees.

Pet Owners agree to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whilst in the confines of the Park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to your pet’s activities.
